Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is currently seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist, Health Plans to assist with the day-to-day management and administration of the health and life plans with focus on self-insured plans. Lead major projects for medical, dental, life, COBRA, HIPAA, and FSA programs such as service or plan conversions, dependent audit and claims audit. Prepare budget spreadsheets and other complex excel analyses.

Qualifications Include: 5 - 7 years of experience with health plans, including exposure to financial analyses; Experience with Six Sigma a plus, comfortable working on multiple tasks at a time, self-starter; Excellent Excel capabilities a must; Health plan background including plan interpretation; Legal requirements and knowledge of processes; Analytical, problem solving and project management skills; Customer service and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written); Organizational and attention to detail skills; Microsoft Office and math skills.
