Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, is currently seeking a Project Manager, Benefits in Lyndhurst, NJ to assist with the day-to-day management and administration of the health and life plans. Lead major projects for medical, dental, life, COBRA, HIPAA, and FSA programs such as service or plan conversions, dependent audit and claims audit. Prepare budget spreadsheets and other complex excel analyses and lead efforts with respect to data warehouse. Support and contribute to company Health initiatives and improvements for our employee and business unit customers, including program or experience analyses, reseaching new legal requirements, and implementing new processes or programs.
Our ideal candidate will possess: 5 - 7 years of experience with health plans, including financial analyses, experience with Six Sigma a plus, comfortable working on multiple tasks at a time, self-starter, excellent Excel capabilities, health plan background including plan interpretation, legal requirements and knowledge of processes, and analytical, problem solving and project management skills
