Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Manager of Governance for our Lyndhurst, NJ facility to be responsible for assisting in the development of a two-year implementation plan for all Quest Diagnostics companies (domestic and international) recently approved Benefits Governance Structure. Provide oversight for domestic plans and practices governed by ERISA, FMLA, ADA and executive deferred compensation and/or retirement plans.
We are seeking an independent leader with experience in developing new processes, strong project management and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, comfort dealing with all levels of the organization, knowledge of benefits programs and legal requirements, and ability to assess the impact of problems including financial and impact analyses. Bachelors degree required and 6 - 8 years of benefits and/or HR experience in a leadership role. Experience with Six Sigma is a plus. Knowledge of Sarbanes Oakley preferred.
